Capital, share, voting and control rights and associated agreements

The share capital is EUR 132,887,468.20 It is divided into 128,000,000 no-par value ordinary bearer shares with voting rights, are representing an equal portion of the share capital. The number of shares issued remains unchanged since the previous financial year.
