Generations and internationality
The average age of all Managing Board Members of the fully consolidated insurance companies is 51.0 years (as of 31 December 2023), and the average age of Supervisory Board Members is 58.7 years. 21 different nationalities (based on: citizenship) are represented in the managing boards of the fully consolidated VIG insurance companies, and 18 different nationalities in the supervisory boards.
