External evaluation report
C-Rule 62 of the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance provides for voluntary external evaluation of compliance with the C-Rules of the Code at least every three years. VIG Holding arranged to have these evaluations performed for the Group Corporate Governance Report 2023. All evaluations came to the conclusion that all requirements of the Code were fulfilled. The summarised reports of these evaluations are available on the website of the VIG Insurance Group.
